Welcome to Teays Valley Church of God
where we are “Connecting
Our Community to Christ!”
TVCOG is a place where all people can find hope and healing through experiential worship, relevant Biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and community service.
We offer two Sunday worship experiences. The first is at 9:00am and then again at 10:45am. Both services are also offered online for those who are unable to physically attend.
In addition, you will find age-appropriate teaching in our infant and toddler nurseries, our “Kids-Konnect” program for elementary aged children and the “Garage Student Ministries” for youth 6th -12th grade. We offer an active College and Career group for young adults as well as a thriving senior’s ministry, Young at Heart, for those 55 and over.
When life takes a difficult turn, we attempt to help the hurting through various Christ-centered support groups such as DivorceCare, Grief Share and Living Free Insight, for those with life-controlling issues. In addition, once a month, we have a support group for those carrying the burden of being caregiver of a child or an adult with special needs.
Thank you for visiting our site. Please take a moment and look around and see the many ministries we offer. We would love to have you visit and look forward to meeting you.
As you may have noticed on the right sidebar, our church building is for sale by owner, but we are not moving yet, so don’t let that deter you from coming for a visit. We are very excited about our vision that we call “Mission Possible”. We are selling our property so we can build a new Ministry and Community Center for Putnam County a mile down the road from our current building where we have been blessed with 74 acres of land. For more information on this or to see how you can contribute, please visit the “giving” tab above. Below is our first concept drawing of our proposed Community Center.
