Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The Resurrection changes EVERYTHING! Hope is alive. We are made new, and we are called to walk in newness of life, and it is all made possible because of an empty tomb!
Re-read John 20 and 21 and see how because of the Resurrection we are compelled to:
1. Live a life of proclamation (Mary Magdalene)
2. Live a life of decision (Thomas)
3. Life a life of demonstration (Peter)
The Resurrection makes a definite and daily impact on our lives as we seek to continue to walk with Jesus. Don’t stop at Calvary, church! Walk through the empty tomb and embrace daily life with the Risen Lord!
What you do with the Resurrection is as important as what you do with the Cross if you want to go the way of Jesus. Let the empty tomb compel you to proclaim the Gospel, to decide daily to live for Christ, and to make sure your life is a demonstration of that internal decision as you live a life of love.
